Patriot America provides coverage for non-U.S. citizens visiting USA / Canada or traveling outside their home country for a minimum duration of five days up to a maximum of two years (24 months). If the plan is purchased for a minimum of three months, coverage may be renewed (without break in coverage) for a total of up to two years.

Patriot International Insurance
Patriot International provides coverage for U.S. citizens traveling abroad outside the United States for a minimum period of five days up to a maximum of two years, with coverage for brief returns to the U.S. (home country coverage). If the plan is purchased for a minimum of three months, coverage may be renewed (without break in coverage) for a total of up to two years.

Policy Maximum	Maximum medical coverage limit in Patriot Insurance is $50,000, $100,000, $500,000, $1,000,000 or $2,000,000 for injury or sickness occured during plan duration.

For treatment received outside the United States and Canada: No coinsurance, plan pays 100% of eligible expenses claimed up to the plan maximum covered amount, minus any deductible costs.
Plan Eligibility	Patriot America Insurance Plan Eligibility: Non-US citizens visiting USA or Canada or traveling outside home country, provides short-term health insurance. Visitors Age: 14 days to 80+ years. For those under 65 years of age and visiting the U.S., your initial Period of Coverage must begin within six months of arrival in the U.S. For those 65 years of age and older, it must begin within 30 days of arrival.	Patriot International Insurance Policy Eligibility: USA citizens traveling outside the U.S. (with coverage for brief returns to the United States), provides travel medical insurance.
