To extend Student Health Advantage Platinum Insurance plan dates, the coverage must be active and not expired. Student Health Advantage Platinum Insurance is extendable and renewable up to 48 months (4 years) continuous coverage, after which you can re-purchase the plan with a new Certificate/ID number.
