Extend Dates to Renew Patriot Travel Medical Insurance Plan
Renew Patriot Travel Medical Insurance plan to extend the dates and keep your coverage active. To extend Patriot Travel Medical Insurance plan dates, the coverage must be active and not expired. Patriot Travel Medical Insurance is extendable and renewable up to 24 months (2 years) of maximum continuous coverage, after which you can re-purchase the plan with a new Certificate/ID number.
Note: To qualify for renewal, plan certificate must be active. To access your policy information, just log-in with Certificate Number along with the primary insured Date of Birth or the original Effective Date of policy as the password.
