Renew Patriot MultiTrip Insurance plan to extend the dates and keep your coverage active. To extend Patriot Multi-Trip Insurance plan dates, the coverage must be active and not expired. Patriot Multi Trip Insurance is extendable and renewable annually for a new 1 year term.
Note: To qualify for renewal, plan certificate must be active. To access your policy information, just log-in with Certificate Number along with the primary insured Date of Birth or the original Effective Date of policy as the password.
